*Job Responsibilities* :

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations

• Manage hospital billing, receivables & payables

• Prepare financial statements and MIS reports

• GST, TDS filing & statutory compliance

• Bank reconciliation & ledger scrutiny

• Coordinate with auditors and internal departments

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

*Key Skills Required* :

• Strong knowledge of hospital accounting procedures

• Experience in Tally / ERP systems

• Good understanding of GST, TDS & taxation

• Strong analytical & reconciliation skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication & coordination skills

*Preferred* :

• Candidates from hospital / healthcare background

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Candidates residing near Yelahanka or North Bangalore

• Experience in NABH compliance documentation

Key Responsibilities & Skill Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Electrical maintenance and Utility operations.

• Basic working knowledge of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives).

• Good understanding of control circuits and relay logic circuits.

• Familiarity with sensors including:

o Thermocouple

o Capacitive sensors

o Inductive sensors

• Operational knowledge of:

o Boiler systems

o Chillers

o Transformers

o DG (Diesel Generator) operations

o LT Room operations

• The Guest Relations Team Leader is responsible and accountable for all operations in relation to the Guest Relations section whilst on duty. 
• To ensure that all guests of the hotel are checked in and checked out in an efficient, yet warm and friendly manner.

• Own and drive technical product roadmaps; align them with broader Visa strategy
• Gather, analyze, prioritize and refine functional & non-functional requirements
• Create feature sets, story maps, and detailed user stories for agile scrum teams
• Partner closely with business sponsors, architects, developers and cross-functional leaders
• Remove bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs vs. technical constraints
