Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop the design function, ensuring creative and commercial objectives are aligned with client expectations.
2. Conceptualize and deliver high-end interior design solutions for residential, hospitality, and real estate projects.
3. Conduct research and finalize materials, finishes, furnishings, and product sourcing requirements.
4. Manage space planning, design consultations, concept development, and interior design for new construction projects.
5. Develop design layouts, color schemes, lighting plans, material selections, custom furniture concepts, and installation specifications.
6. Create ultra-modern design concepts aligned with international design standards and industry trends.
7. Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project quotations.
8. Develop project models, layouts, and design presentations, ensuring design approvals are secured before project execution.
9. Maintain ownership of project design quality and ensure deliverables meet client and brand expectations.
