Fast forward months later, you're full-time at 4 LPA, stacking commissions, and recruiters worldwide notice your SaaS track record. No experience needed to start, just fluent English. We train you on scripts and CRM tools; you deliver the hustle.
Your Daily Flow - Broad Responsibilities:
1. Execute 120+ outbound calls/emails to warm international leads using provided scripts
2. Qualify prospects efficiently on needs, budget, and timeline
3. Book discovery calls for Account Executives
4. Maintain accurate CRM records
5. Achieve the weekly target of 5-10 qualified meetings to unlock attractive perks
Clear Path to Big Money & Team Lead:
1. Performance-Driven Journey:Begin as intern at 15k (Months 1-3) - prove results for hikes from Month 4 and early full-time. Rise to Team Lead in 2 years ( 10-18 LPA total, leading your team).
2. Months 1-3: Ramp-up + perks ( 15k)
3. Month 4+: Stipend review based on performance
4. Month 6+: Full-time ( 30k+ base 4 LPA) + commissions
5. Top freshers: 6-8 LPA Year 1 via commissions.
