Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Thuraipakkam, Chennai
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, promoting our educational services/franchise opportunities, and maintaining positive relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective leads and existing clients.
Explain products and services related to education, training, or school franchising.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into appointments or enrollments.
Maintain records of calls and client information in CRM.
Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead nurturing.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
