-Drive the sales process by communicating our services and solutions in Finance, HRMS, Marketing and Cloud to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, Cloud Management
Integrate monitoring tools (e.g., SCOM, SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.) with Event Management.
Design and maintain MID Servers and credentials for Discovery and Service Mapping.
Build and maintain CMDB with accurate and up-to-date configuration items (CIs).
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver ITOM solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for seamless solution delivery.
