1. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP & QM Module. Hands on experience on SAP MES will be added advantage.
2. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
3. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
4. Design, customize, configure and testing of PP related objects.
5. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
6. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
7. Document functional designs, test cases and results.
8. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements and able to work on RICEFW independently.
9. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
10. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
11. Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring PP & QM modules knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules (MM experience is an asset).
12. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
13. Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset
14. Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
