    Job Description:-

    Field Sales Executive -  Autoverse Glide engine oil sales and promotion. Hey you! We are Autoverse! Bangalore's leading omnichannel automotive spare parts and lubricants supplier and distributor. We are rapidly growing and expanding into new territories and cities. We are building new categories on a mission mode, and we need great talents to accompany us on this journey.

    Position Overview: 
    We are seeking highly motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Autoverse Glide Lubricants to multi-brand garages, workshops, and automotive retailers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets in Bengaluru.

    Key Responsibilities:-
    1. Sales and Business Development:
    Identify and onboard new customers, including garages, retailers, and distributors within Bengaluru.
    Drive sales growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    2. Market Penetration:

    Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and competitors' activities.
    Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies.

    3. Customer Relationship Management:
    Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
    Address client concerns and provide after-sales support.

    4. Product Promotion:
    Educate customers about the features and benefits of Autoverse Glide Lubricants.
    Organize and conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.


    5. Reporting and Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.
    Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management.
