Description:-
Program
officers support the planning, execution, and management of
programs. Program officers ensure that programs align with an
organization's goals, while program assistants provide administrative and
logistical support.
MAJOR
ROLES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
•Lead, develop & manage a team
of volunteers/mobilization channels.
•Mobilize candidates for Utkarsh
Welfare Foundation as per the monthly plan.
•Work closely with volunteers on a
daily basis to monitor their progress.
•Provide support in marketing and
training needs of volunteers and channel partners.
•Develop strategic interventions to
identify and strengthen channels that require extra support to continue meeting
monthly mobilization targets.
•Liaison with government agencies
and other partners for mobilization of candidates and effective management of
the skill development program.
•Establish and maintain
relationships with various industries, companies, and organizations.
•Act as the primary point of contact
between the foundation and industry partners.
•Prepare weekly/monthly reports and
share them with the reporting manager and for MIS.
•Assess training needs through
surveys, interviews with employees, employers, or consultations with managers
or instructors, or as required.
•Assist in the evaluation of skills
development courses/training programs.
•Design, create and facilitate
capacity-building programs to deliver market-relevant trainings.
•Plan and execute placement drives
and job fairs on campus.
•Coordinate with companies to
schedule interviews and recruitment activities
