About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized HR Executive to manage hiring, employee coordination, and HR processes across Wick and Lauls. The role also involves supporting leadership with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Hiring: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinate with employees for day-to-day communication and HR-related queries
Employee & Operations Coordination: Ensure smooth communication between teams and leadership
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple projects
Assist in implementing and improving internal processes
Administrative & Executive Support: Manage and maintain calendars for Directors, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for both Wick and Lauls
Requirements
Proven experience or strong interest in HR, recruitment, or people coordination roles
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
High level of discretion and professionalism
