Handle the end-to-end preparation and submission of tenders for railway coach
refurbishments and related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
 Identify relevant tenders and track announcements on government portals.
 Collect, compile, and prepare technical and financial bid documents.
 Coordinate with departments for supporting documents, certifications, and
project data.

 Ensure timely submission of bids, both online and offline.
 Maintain tender database and status reports.
Requirements:
 Graduate in any discipline (Engineering / Commerce background
preferred).
 Knowledge of IRePS, GeM, CPP, and e-procurement portals.
 Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
 Detail-oriented and capable of working under tight deadlines.
