Job description:-
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Bhiwandi with the flexibility to work remotely. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:-
• Generate new leads and identify potential prospects within the automotive industry.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Mechanical Engineering.
