The Farm Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the farm's operations, including crop production, livestock management (if applicable), equipment maintenance, budgeting, and staff supervision. Responsibilities:-

• Plan and manage day-to-day farm activities, including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and marketing of crops.
• Oversee livestock care, feeding, breeding, and health management (if applicable).
• Monitor soil health, irrigation systems, and crop rotation practices to optimize productivity.
• Supervise, train, and manage farm staff, including seasonal workers.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Develop and manage the farm’s budget, including expense tracking and cost control.
• Forecast and plan for seasonal expenditures and income.
• Seek funding or grants as needed for farm improvements or expansions
