Key responsibilities:

1. Source technicians/trainees through calling, referrals, job portals, and local networks; manage follow-ups and ensure candidates join scheduled training batches.
2. Manage day-to-day Mumbai Training Centre operations, coordinate trainers and batches, track attendance, assessments, and completion, and ensure smooth onboarding/deployment after training.
3. Work with business categories to understand skill requirements, identify existing technicians for upskilling, coordinate training programs, and track post-training deployment/performance.
