      Responsibilities:

      • Smart with good voice and obedient with good communication skills and office management.
      • Computer skills are preferable. 
      • Should be able to communicate with customers and maintain their record and keep track of credit and accounts.  
      • English is not necessary but able to understand and write. 

      • Should be prompt in response to customers and their queries and resolution.

      • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

      • Developing and maintaining a filing system'

      • Ordering office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
      • Maintaining contact lists

      • Providing general support to visitors

      • Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients

      • To keep track of important deadlines and dates and books upkeeping.
