Job Summary
As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating sales leads, explaining product offerings, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads.
2. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to promote products or services and generate interest among potential customers.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering necessary information and assessing their interest and needs.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
5. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads or interested customers.
6. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer queries, and keep potential customers engaged.
7. Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and details in the CRM system.
8. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the sales manager or team lead.
