2. Experience :
2.1 Min. 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience preferably in Quality function of solar module Mfg. or Cell Mfg. (or any electronics/semiconductor-related industry)
2.2 Prior exposure to handling manpower, shift operations, and equipment supervision/ inspection & testing.
3. Skills :
3.1Basic understanding of machine operations, quality parameters, and safety protocols
3.2Ability to manage a team of operators and helpers
3.3Basic reporting and documentation skills (Excel, logbooks, etc.)
4.0 Other Requirements:
4.1 Willingness to work in rotational shifts

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and technicians to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Solar Panel Installation: Ensure that solar panels are installed correctly, and electrical connections are made safely and efficiently.
2. Ensure Compliance with Safety Protocols: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and company standards.
3. Collaborate with Project Team: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth project execution.
4. Conduct Site Inspections and Monitoring: Regularly inspect the site, monitor progress, and report on project status to ensure that projects are on track and meeting quality standards.
5. Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning and operation, working closely with the project team to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
6. Develop and Implement Installation Plans: Create detailed installation plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure efficient project execution.
7. Coordinate with Subcontractors and Vendors: Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that they meet project requirements and deadlines.
8. Maintain Accurate Records and Documentation: Keep accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues, and maintain up-to-date documentation, including installation reports and test certificates.
9. Ensure Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that the solar power system meets the required standards and specifications.
10. Participate in Project Meetings and Reviews: Attend project meetings and reviews to discuss progress, issues, and solutions, and provide input on project planning and execution.
