Job Responsibilities:

• Data entry and record keeping:

            Maintaining accurate financial records by inputting transactions into accounting software. 

• Account reconciliation:

  Verifying the accuracy of financial data by reconciling bank statements and other accounts. 

• Preparing financial statements:

  Generating balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports as per accounting standards. 

• Basic auditing procedures:

  Performing preliminary checks on financial records to identify potential discrepancies or errors. 

• Tax computation and filing:

  Calculating income tax liabilities and preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses. 

• Budgeting and forecasting:

  Assisting in creating and monitoring budgets to track expenses and project future financial performance. 

• Cost analysis:

  Analyzing production costs to identify areas for efficiency improvement. 

• Internal control review:

  Evaluating the effectiveness of a company's internal controls to mitigate financial risks. 

• Client communication:

  Interacting with clients to gather information and explain financial data in a clear manner. 

• Research and analysis:

  Staying updated on accounting regulations and conducting research on complex financial issues.
