    • Follow up with leads and previous customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

    • Deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone, focusing on the benefits and features of the products or services.

    • Answer customer questions, resolve objections, and provide product recommendations based on customer needs.

    • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals.

    • Record daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.

    • Report sales performance to management and discuss strategies for improvement.

    • Stay up-to-date on product or service offerings, pricing, and promotions.

    • Educate prospects about the products or services, highlighting key selling points and addressing any concerns.
