Responsibilities:-
Contact potential customers via outbound calls to promote products or services.
Generate new leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, and other telesales techniques.
Qualify leads and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
Build rapport with prospects and customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Maintain a database of customer information and track interaction history in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and previous customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone, focusing on the benefits and features of the products or services.
Answer customer questions, resolve objections, and provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals.
Record daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
