Roles & Responsibilities:-
1.Handling Inbound and Outbound calls:-Making or receiving calls from potential or existing customers to provide information, clarify inquiry or resolve issues.
2.Product/Service Promotion:-Providing detailed information about the company’s products or services, convincing potential customers to make purchases, and sometimes generating leads for sales teams.
3. Maintaining Call Records and meeting call targets.
4. Customer Support:-Addressing customer complaints, offering solutions, or directing them to the relevant department if needed.
5.Gathering feedback from customers regarding the product/service quality or the overall experience.
