Subdivision Associate (Supervisor):
Qualification:
· 1 to 2 years of total experience (Mandatory to have at least 1 year on ground technical experience in Power Distribution).
· Diploma (Electrical or Electronics)/ B.Tech (Electrical or Electronics) or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
· 2 Wheeler along with a valid driving license.
· Smart Phone with android OS, 6GB RAM & 128 GB Internal Memory to feed the consumer and smart meter data in the GMR App
Job Description:
· Facilitate outsourced agencies in their identified areas of operations
· Technical Support in various smart meter installation operations such as consumer surveys, consumer indexing, meter installation, operations and maintenance those carried out by Technicians/Helpers.
· Steer consumer interactions and enable quick resolutions of technical issues / grievances.
· Ensuring the committed targets are met.
· Quality Checks of meter installation, consumer indexing, and O&M.
· Co-ordination with stakeholders i.e. DISCOM, Consumer, Field Team.

Qualifications:

· ITI (Electrical) or equivalent qualification.

Job Description:
· Installation of consumer energy meters and service cables at consumer premises.
· Installation of DT meters, SMC boxes, DT cables, and CT connections.
· Consumer awareness during meter installation.
· Coordination with GMR Supervisors, DISCOM Teams, and consumers as required.
· Material collection and deposition from warehouses to DISCOM premises.
· Daily material reconciliation.
· Updating installation data in the mobile application along with the meter replacement note.
· Site visits for O&M of smart meters.
· Any other duties related to meter installation, consumer indexing, and O&M.
