Enforcing Security Procedures:
Adhere to and enforce security policies, procedures, and legal protocols.
Maintaining Records:
Keep accurate records of security activities, including logs, incident reports, and surveillance footage.
Visitor and Employee Control:
Check and admit visitors, monitor employee access, and direct traffic as needed.
Reporting:
Report any suspicious activity, security breaches, or incidents to appropriate authorities.

Job Description:-
Job Purpose: The State Growth Leader : Skill and Talent Sourcing will be responsible for driving the end-to-end strategy, execution, and growth of skill development initiatives and talent sourcing solutions within the assigned state.
The role encompasses acquisition and implementation of skilling projects, forming impactful partnerships, overseeing smooth operations, and ensuring a robust pipeline of skilled and job-ready candidates for both skill-linked and staffing requirements. This position serves as the key state-level representative, aligning local opportunities with national workforce development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Skill Development Project Management (40%)
 Identify and acquire new business opportunities for skill development projects.
 Oversee the execution of skill development programs, ensuring alignment with industry-specific requirements.
 Monitor project deliverables including candidate enrolment, training outcomes, placement targets, and budget adherence.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Placement (30%)
 Lead the end-to-end sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates trained under skilling initiatives.
 Plan and execute campus drives (virtual and onsite) to support Sourcing / placement targets.
 Maintain a strong pipeline of job-ready candidates through structured mobilization and outreach strategies.
 Organize virtual and physical recruitment drives to maximize placement outcomes.
3. Employer Engagement & Industry Collaboration (20%)
 Build and nurture partnerships with employers, staffing firms, institutions and industry bodies to support sourcing and placement efforts.
 Align skill programs with emerging workforce trends and employer requirements.
 Organize employer engagement activities such as job fairs, recruitment events, and sector-specific connect programs.
