Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage strong client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Solar Panel Installation:
- Carefully lifting, carrying, and positioning solar panels.
- Securing panels to the mounting structures using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensuring proper spacing and alignment of panels according to the design.
- Electrical Wiring and Connections:
- Installing and connecting wiring between solar panels (stringing).
- Running conduit and wiring for DC (Direct Current) and AC (Alternating Current) systems.
- Connecting panels to inverters, batteries (if applicable), and other system components.
- Ensuring all electrical connections are secure, weather-tight, and comply with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Inverter and System Component Installation:
- Mounting and wiring inverters, charge controllers, and other electrical equipment.
- Ensuring proper grounding of the entire system.
Salary:
CTC: Rs. 15000/- Per Month (Including PF & ESIC)
In Hand: Rs. 11263/-
