Job Description:-
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the region.
Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and on boarding of new employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the region.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and conducting investigations as needed.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and support professional development.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
Coordinate with corporate HR teams to ensure consistency in policies and practices across regions.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in human resources.
