Job Description:-

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the region.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and on boarding of new employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the region.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and conducting investigations as needed.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and support professional development.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with corporate HR teams to ensure consistency in policies and practices across regions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in human resources.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a regional HR capacity.
