Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Manager to oversee and manage on-ground operations, supervise field staff, and ensure the successful execution of company strategies in assigned territories. The candidate will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining client relationships, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field executives and sales representatives.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
Conduct regular field visits to review operations and provide guidance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Provide training, mentoring, and motivation to field staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in field operations, sales, or team management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple locations and travel frequently.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
