Responsibilities:-

• Support the administration of OpenText ALM platforms, ensuring smooth operations and availability.
• As a beginner in this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, configuration, and administration of OpenText ALM solutions, helping to ensure the seamless management of the software development lifecycle.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for OpenText ALM issues or incidents.
• Participate in system upgrades and patching, ensuring that all ALM environments are up to date.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices to maintain knowledge of the system.
