Job Description :-
.Manage HR operations for the staff deployed at Clients site
· Handle the complete payroll management such as collection of attendance, preparation of payroll using software and submission of invoices to the clients and payment follow-up.
· Responsible for Clients Liaoning and handling Clients queries and day to day interactions with the Clients.
· Handling the employees grievances, deputed at Clients site
· Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies
· Responsible for Team handling, Recruitment, onboarding, and documents verification.
