Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and engage potential clients through social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
2. Generate leads through our website and other digital platforms.
3. Build and nurture relationships with leads and clients, gaining a deep understanding of their financial needs to enhance conversion rates
4. Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies.
5. Track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns and report results.
6. Manage and assist social media accounts for lead generation and client engagement.
7. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to guide decision-making.
8. Support special projects and initiatives as required.
Skill(s) required
Experience: 1–5 years in lead generation, with a focus on social media and digital platforms.
Background: Preference for candidates with experience in finance.

Probation period: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per month (full-time)
Post probation Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 4,00,000 /year
