Key Responsibilities:-

Lead Generation & Outbound Calling

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for loan products.

• Explain various loan offerings, eligibility criteria, and benefits to customers.

• Identify interested customers and forward leads to the sales team for follow-ups.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:-

• Handle customer inquiries regarding loan products, interest rates, and repayment plans.

• Maintain a professional and friendly approach to build trust with customers.

• Follow up with potential clients and ensure a high conversion rate.

Data Entry & Reporting

• Maintain an accurate record of calls, leads, and customer responses.

• Provide daily and weekly reports on call performance and lead conversions.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to improve lead conversion.

Sales & Promotions

• Promote the company’s loan products through telemarketing campaigns.

• Educate customers about offers, benefits, and documentation requirements.
