Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and grievances promptly.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.

2. Grievance Management:

• Register, track, and resolve customer grievances as per defined processes.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities as necessary.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain call logs and update the system with accurate information.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call and grievance status.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Share insights and feedback for process improvement.

5. Compliance:

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.

Job description:-

We are looking for a security engineer to ensure the protection of our IT assets and security tools/systems. In this role your duties will include managing security tools, developing support processes, collaborating with IT and other partners, and assisting end-users.

Responsibilities:-

● Evaluate, implement, and manage security tools to enhance the organization's security posture.

● Work with a team of security engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

● Collaborate with IT security and IT operations teams to facilitate end-user requests, enhancing both security measures and user experience.

● Collaborate with other IT teams, as well as business units, to integrate security best practices into daily operations.

● Reduce SLA while maintaining security, improve user satisfaction, and prevent security breaches

● Oversee the day-to-day operations of security products such as endpoint protection, vulnerability management, web protection and firewalls, CASB , DLP, making sure all products are following best practices

● Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices

● Provide guidance about DLP and CASB, ensuring that the data and cloud security policies are enforced and followed

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely detection, response, and remediation of security incidents.

● Review and present reports and recommendations on security incidents and issues

Desired Qualification:-

● Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees and industry certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, or OSCP, are highly desirable.
