    Job Description

    We’re looking for a Social Media Executive o elevate our online presence and strengthen our brand connections with customers. In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategies to increase engagement, foster community relationships, and make Niramaya Soul a recognized leader in Healthcare Services domain. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building communities, stays updated on social media trends, and is passionate about engaging storytelling and design.

    Experience Required:
    • 1-2 years of experience in an advertising agency or related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in managing social media accounts
    • Basic understanding and familiarity with Meta Ads, including experience with campaign management, reporting and analysing metrics.
    • Preferred background in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer social media management
    • Experience using Microsoft office and all other reporting tools
    • Candidates with good communication and Writing skill.

    Major Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) that aligns with Parallel’s brand values and growth goals. Plan, schedule, and publish content that showcases our work, highlights design insights, and connects with our audience.
    • Community Building & Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with the design and startup communities, engage in relevant conversations, and actively participate in industry forums and events. Act as the brand voice in all community interactions, from social comments to direct messages.
    • Content Creation & Curation: Work closely with the content team to create engaging social media content (graphics, short videos, stories) that highlights Parallel’s projects, design philosophy, and client success stories. Curate relevant content from industry leaders to keep our community informed and inspired.
    • Campaign Management: Organize and manage social media campaigns around key themes, product launches, or company milestones, tracking performance to refine future campaigns.
    • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze social media metrics, report on engagement, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategy and content for higher reach and engagement.

    Key Skills :
    • 1-2 years of experience managing social media and community initiatives, ideally in Healthcare or creative services industries.
    • Strong understanding of community-building and social media engagement strategies, with a passion for creating content that resonates.
    • Experience with creating and curating visually compelling content, with a good eye for design.
    • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to embody Parallel’s brand voice and engage with diverse audiences effectively.
    • Proficient in social media analytics, able to translate metrics into insights for continuous improvement.
    • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
    Data management & reporting:
    • Update dashboards and create presentation decks for internal reporting using tools like Looker (or similar), Google Sheets, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
    • Maintain accuracy and consistency in all reporting deliverables.
    Education:
    • UG: B.Sc in Any Specialization, Diploma in Any Specialization
    • PG: Post Graduation Not Required
