Position Overview
As Compliance Operations Associate, you’ll be reporting to a Senior Compliance Associate based in Dallas, working closely with the VP, Compliance, in New York and the Global Head of Compliance in London. The role will focus on managing expert risk, acting as a critical bridge between our compliance protocols, our internal research teams, and our clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify and report anomalies and trends in risk mitigation findings.
Help validate the identities of our experts and investigate anomalies.
Conduct thorough investigations of potential compliance violations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks and improve compliance processes.
Stay abreast of relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation of global eInvoicing and S4 HANA Service Management requirements.
Expertise in functional area of Service Management (Field Service, Customer Service)
Extensive work experience in SAP S4 HANA Service Management processes
Develop and enhance SAP objects for eInvoicing, including reports, interfaces, mappings, and extensions.
Implement technical components for SAP DRC/eDocument Framework (BAPIs, RFCs, XML mappings).
Build and maintain integrations with middleware (SAP CPI/BTP, or equivalent).
Support generation and validation of XML/JSON/UBL-based eInvoice payloads.
Resolve technical issues related to eInvoicing errors, API failures, certificates, and connectivity.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate functional specs into technical designs.
Perform unit testing, support UAT, and assist in production deployments.

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Product Analytics (Individual Contributor) to serve as the hands-on Product Analytics Lead for one of our Product Verticals, owning product analytics end-to-end and shaping product strategy through data. This is a senior IC role for an analytics leader who thrives in ambiguity, partners deeply with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Design, and influences product roadmap decisions with strong analytical rigor. You will work with complex product telemetry, customer behavior, and business data to generate actionable insights that improve customer value and business outcomes, in close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams. You will also mentor 2–4 product analysts, acting as a subject-matter expert and raising the bar for analytics quality, experimentation, and storytelling across the organization.

Shape Product Strategy: You will own end-to-end product analytics for a dedicated vertical, transforming complex product telemetry and customer behavior data into actionable insights that directly dictate the product roadmap.
