Job description:-
As Showroom & PR Coordinator you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand & increased sales by working alongside the Fashion PR Lead where you run the upkeep of the showroom & support PR projects.
Showroom Maintenance & PR Projects
You work alongside the Fashion PR lead and PR & Communications Manager with local fashion PR activities, primarily in the showroom.
Drive sample administration, including working with relevant systems, optimizing results by proactively and reactively handling requests and send outs.
You secure visual presentation in the showroom with current garments and products.
Responsible of internal sample sales in accordance with our policy on purchases/lending products from showrooms.
Networking & Relationship Building
You act as a brand ambassador for H&M.
Identify, maintain and develop a network on a Sales Market level with the appropriate fashion journalists, stylists, influencers, celebrities and other opinion leaders
Reporting & Collaboration
Reports to the Sales Market PR & Communications Manager but ensures a daily dialogue with the Fashion PR lead who are responsible of the overall development for Fashion PR & Showroom.
Foster a close collaboration with the Influencer Specialist to maximize synergies between paid and earned relationships

Key Responsibilities
Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for machines, components, and systems using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
Work closely with mechanical engineers and other professionals to review ideas, resolve design issues, and ensure designs meet specifications.
Generate and update drawings, including assembly drawings, plan views, and sectional views, adding dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.
Perform calculations related to stress, sizing, and dimensions as required by the design.
Modify existing designs to correct deficiencies or improve manufacturability based on feedback from engineers and production issues.
Check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and conformity to engineering and industry standards before release.
Organize and maintain drawing files and product data in a Product Data Management (PDM) system.
Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and potentially prepare estimates for materials and labor required for production.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Expertise in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, to create and edit designs.
A strong understanding of mechanical principles, design standards, and industry-specific drafting practices.
The ability to apply basic algebra, geometry, and engineering formulas to design components.
Meticulous accuracy in drawings to ensure precision and prevent manufacturing errors.
The ability to clearly understand technical requirements and communicate with engineers and other team members.
Typically an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or Diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
