1. Research high-impact topics and industry trends to create engaging conference agendas
2. Identify and invite relevant speakers such as industry leaders, CEOs, and experts
3. Take ownership of event content and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
4. Write compelling content, including brochures, emails, and website copy, to drive engagement and ticket sales
5. Promote events across social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter
6. Manage on-ground event execution and ensure seamless operations (for physical events)
7. Contribute ideas to expand the event portfolio and explore new opportunities
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and communities
