3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to non-technical stakeholders
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
6. Flexible schedule with the ability to commit 40 hours per week for 2-3 months.

What we expect from you:-
Assist with the delivery of HR processes through the employee lifecycle (recruitment, induction, international assignments, L&D course material, transition / termination) including the production of associated HR documentation such as letters, references and follow up.
Work with our Centres of Excellence on cyclical HR processes such as bonus payment, salary review and performance management.
Where system reporting is not available, maintain trackers for off line HR processes, for example international assignee home leave travel budget, split pay, etc.
