Job Description:-

To support the Solar Engineer by being physically present on-site for survey, installation guidance, and commissioning. The engineer will coordinate with EPC vendors and ensure successful project execution at the customer site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Survey & Inspection

• Conduct physical site inspection at customer premises

• Prepare and submit Survey Report and Bill of Materials (BOM)

• Ensure reports are accurate and ready for approval by the Solar Engineer

1. EPC Work Monitoring

• Guide and support the EPC vendor team during on-site installation

• Monitor daily work activities and resolve minor execution challenges

• Share the Work Completion Report post installation

1. Commissioning

• Support net-metering coordination at the customer site

• Ensure solar plant activation post installation

• Assist with solar application installation on the customer’s mobile device for real-time monitoring

Job Description:

• Collate the data and maintain the MIS regularly
• Monthly MIS and Sales Reporting by Segment
• Prepare various types MIS reports and dashboards as per Client requirement for various meeting/strategic decisions.
•  Preparing & maintaining Daily Reports, MIS Reports, Dashboard
• Maintain reports & spreadsheets for historical data, manage email request.
• Work closely with Operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports
• Extracting of data into spreadsheet and preparing monthly consolidation of accounts using analytical and excellent spreadsheet skills

 Desired Qualification:

• Graduate with PGDCA
• 2 years post qualification experience having well versed in computer knowledge  i.e  strong skill in MS office and internet.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft excel such as formula, v-look up, h-look up etc
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
