Job Description:-

We are looking for an Executive Assistant Manager, with an operational hands-on approach, a drive for achieving high levels of quality guest service, and a strong leader of the people!

This rare opportunity is intended for a leader who can be developed into a General Manager in the next 1-2 years, with the role reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager, ensuring close collaboration and alignment with overall hotel operations.

• Leadership & support over the operational departments of Food and Beverage, Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping and Engineering.

• Assist the General Manager with strategic planning, projects and reporting. Working to ensure the financial success of the hotel & always looking to drive the business forward any opportunity.

• Leading, developing and inspiring the team to create exceptional guest experiences.
