Management:

• Shoop floor management

• Manpower handling

• Work allocation

• Training and evaluation

• Follow-up

Reports:

• SIM report

• Production report, OEE, MDR.

• Daily check list

• Monitoring of quality report

Production:

• Material handling with safety

• PLC & SCADA operation knowledge

• Operate with in cycle time 

• Jigging & un-jigging monitoring

• Output quality monitoring

• Material tracking (In and out)

• Follow check list 

• Proper communication to other shift supervisor
