Job Description:
Microgene Diagnostic Systems is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Solapur. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing, training, and guiding the sales team to achieve set targets. Your duties will include setting realistic sales goals, monitoring team performance, and providing motivation to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. You'll actively collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you'll travel within the assigned sales area to engage with potential and existing customers, present company offerings, and enhance brand awareness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage, train, and guide the sales team in the assigned territory
Set reasonable sales targets for the team
Monitor team performance and motivate members to achieve targets
Collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management
Travel to engage with potential and existing customers within the sales area
Present company offerings and build brand awareness
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field preferred
Proven sales experience, sector-specific experience preferred
Track record of meeting sales quotas
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.
