Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle ERP support and expertise in modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and provide Oracle ERP solutions.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation for workflows and user guides.
- Support change management initiatives and conduct user training sessions.
- Monitor ERP system performance and identify improvement areas.
- Stay updated on Oracle ERP enhancements and recommend relevant updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Oracle ERP modules such as Financials (AP, AR,GL), SCM, or HCM.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud solutions
- .Certification in Oracle ERP modules.
