Job Description:-
1. Meter to cash process, Technical and business master data knowledge,
2. Work closely with clients on a daily basis SAP ISU process,
3. Preparation and delivery of reports as and when required from SAP system,
4. Provide on-site functional support and training of various modules,
5. Coordination with functional lead to help and identify the gaps in the system.
6. Knowledge and skills to prepare following reports: AT&C losses, DT power failure.
7. Knowledge of processes like MBC module, Data Analysis & AMR/MDM.
8. To check for the quality of material at site and raise Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) at site and follow up with AMISP to ensure rectification of the same in time
