Generate new AGRI and SME loan leads through field activities and referrals.
Work on leads provided by the Bank and convert them into business opportunities.
Handle review and renewal of existing AGRI and SME loan accounts.
Meet customers regularly and build strong relationships.
Interview loan applicants to assess financial eligibility and feasibility.
Communicate with clients to collect or provide necessary information.
Maintain updated knowledge of various loan products and financial services.
Maintain and update records of customer visits, sales activities, and documentation.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
Develop referral networks and explore alternate sourcing channels.
Cross-sell banking products and services to achieve business targets.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by building trust-based relationships.
Operate in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal lending guidelines.
Support branches in credit deployment activities including doorstep services, documentation, and customer query resolution.
Coordinate with Team Leaders, Managers, Branches, and relevant banking departments as required.
Perform outbound field work and travel within assigned areas.
Familiarity with computers and banking software/applications.
Strong understanding of direct and indirect lending products and practices.
Knowledge of AGRI and SME segments, including local crops and crop cycles (for AGRI portfolio).
Understanding of KYC norms and banking documentation processes.
Experience in NBFCs, Rural Banks, SHGs, BC models, or Finance Companies preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language.
Good interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Experience in Control modeling & performing MIL-SIL testing using MathWorks tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, Simulink Test Manager.
Serve as the controls SW developer designing Battery Power Plant control SW for utility and grid applications
Develop customer-specific OS Controls, integrate grid-scale battery and power conversion systems from industry-leading manufacturers.
Design, develop, build, and document customer-specific OS controls logic using MathWorks Matlab/Simulink
Proficient in testing control software across MIL, SIL, and PIL environments.
Hands-on experience in open-loop and closed-loop system/feature testing by integrating multiple controllers and plant models within simulated SIL environments.
Track, manage, document, and report work using JIRA and Confluence.
Proficient in conducting static code analysis using Polyspace/Parasoft.
Solid understanding of programming languages, including MATLAB scripting (M-scripting) and Python.
