Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead – Hyper Automation (RPA) & AI/ML to guide our automation engineering team. In this role, you will lead the transition of our team into a highly efficient, service-based unit that offers end-to-end (E2E) development and delivery of automation and AI/ML-powered applications.

As a technical and people leader, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, designing complex RPA workflows, integrating cutting-edge AI/ML models (including Gen AI), and mentoring a team of developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact business solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership & E2E Service Delivery

• Drive E2E Service Delivery: Lead the team in analyzing complex business processes and executing end-to-end development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of automation services.

• Architecture & Design: Oversee the solution design of advanced RPA workflows using Automation Anywhere (A360) and Power Automate, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and resilient.

• AI/ML & Gen AI Integration: Direct the integration of AI/ML algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Gen AI capabilities (such as chatbots and document automation) into traditional RPA workflows.

• Technical Governance: Establish and enforce development best practices, reusable code repositories, frameworks, and coding standards.

2. Team Management & Mentorship

• People Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor senior and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and proactive problem-solving.

• Resource Allocation: Manage sprint planning, resource assignment, and workload balancing across multiple concurrent automation projects.

• Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations, identify skill gaps, and coordinate training programs to upskill the team on emerging automation tech.

3. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, process owners, and leadership to understand business pain points and translate them into technical automation pipelines.

• Escalation Support: Act as the senior point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and ensuring minimal disruption to deployed bots.

• Agile Orchestration: Lead daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions in an Agile environment to ensure predictable project delivery.

You'll work with engineering, team members, and end-users to shape and deliver platform capabilities that genuinely improve how people work. • You will own and manage the product backlog for assigned modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, Service Portal, Snow AI initiatives or custom apps)

• You will gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and admins to deliver iterative improvements

• Conduct user research, feedback sessions, and UAT coordination to ensure solutions meet real user needs

• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility

• Define and track product KPIs — adoption, CSAT, ticket deflection, process efficiency

• Support release planning, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder demos

• Write clear documentation including requirements specs, process flows, and knowledge articles

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join a dynamic product engineering team building scalable, multi-tenant applications using modern Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, Entity Framework, PostgreSQL, and AWS-based solutions. This role requires end-to-end ownership of application development, from API design and UI development to database architecture and deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ASP.NET Core Web APIs following Clean Architecture principles and best practices.
• Build and maintain Blazor applications (Server, WebAssembly, and Hybrid) with reusable components and responsive UI design.
• Develop and optimize data models using Entity Framework and PostgreSQL.
• Design scalable and secure REST APIs, including versioning, authentication, authorization, and error handling.
• Implement multi-tenant application solutions with proper data isolation and security controls.
• Integrate applications with AWS services such as S3, SQS, Lambda, and other cloud-native services.
• Contribute to infrastructure-related initiatives, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and maintain technical documentation.
• Analyze existing applications, identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Support deployment activities and participate in system design and architecture discussions.
