Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals within the industry.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the poultry sector, including farmers, processors, distributors, and retailers.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in the industry.
4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business and drive revenue growth while maximizing profitability.
5. Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in the poultry industry or a related field will be a advantage.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-makers.
4. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales growth, meeting targets, and exceeding customer expectations.
