Salary Structure: 

• ITI : 15 CTC
• Polytechnic :16 CTC
• B.tech :18CTC
• Good Incentives as per achieved target 
• And for experienced candidates there is 10% to 12% hike in their current salary. (Pay slip mandatory)
• Mandatory assets - Bike 
• 3₹ Per KM Fuel ⛽️ Extra 
• Working Hours - 9 Hours 

Qualification - ITI/B.tech/polytechnic (Electrical)

Experience - Fresher and Experience Both

Age Limit - Maximum 35

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Solar Panel Installation:
  • Carefully lifting, carrying, and positioning solar panels.
  • Securing panels to the mounting structures using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Ensuring proper spacing and alignment of panels according to the design.
• Electrical Wiring and Connections:
  • Installing and connecting wiring between solar panels (stringing).
  • Running conduit and wiring for DC (Direct Current) and AC (Alternating Current) systems.
  • Connecting panels to inverters, batteries (if applicable), and other system components.
  • Ensuring all electrical connections are secure, weather-tight, and comply with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Inverter and System Component Installation:
  • Mounting and wiring inverters, charge controllers, and other electrical equipment.
  • Ensuring proper grounding of the entire system.

Salary:

CTC: Rs. 15000/- Per Month (Including PF & ESIC)

In Hand: Rs. 11263/-
