Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & production oversight: Develop fresh, trend-led ethnic wear collections aligned with brand aesthetics. Work closely with masterjis and tailoring teams to ensure accurate fits and high-quality finishes. Manage sampling, fabric sourcing, and timely production.
2. Influencer & social media coordination: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers/content creators for brand promotions. Coordinate styling, looks, and campaigns for shoots and digital platforms. Oversee product presentation across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
3. Communication & coordination: Respond quickly to internal and external communications- WhatsApp, DMs, emails. Maintain strong coordination with marketing, shoot, and e-commerce teams. Ensure prompt follow-ups and feedback with tailors, vendors, and influencers.
4. Content & brand representation: Curate design stories and support content creation for reels, stories, and posts. Be the face of the brand in behind-the-scenes, shoot assistance, and design explainers. Actively engage in trend research, customer feedback, and style adaptations.

4. Customer support: Promptly address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience for every pet parent.
5. Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, track interactions, and monitor progress using CRM tools or internal systems.
