Key Responsibilities:

1. Acquiring new leads, identifying potential customers, and closing sales.
2. Facilitate students in locating affordable yet convenient and secure rooms in our extensive selection of listed properties and keep in continuous correspondence with the students.
3. Ensure a comprehensive sales process to attain maximum customer conversion rate.
4. Maintain all modes of communication with the customer to provide a smooth and hassle-free journey to ascertain a perfect match for their requirements.
5. Address any queries raised by students with a prompt and consummate response.
6. Communicate with property managers within the UK, US and Australia, augmenting our company services and achievements.

The 'Business Development Executive (BDE)' at Dreamfoot will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new prospects, engaging with potential clients, and building strong relationships across industries. This role requires excellent communication skills, proactive client outreach, and effective coordination to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

As Dreamfoot continues to grow, the BDE will ensure smooth sales processes, maintain client satisfaction, and contribute to expanding Dreamfoot's client base in the creative video production and digital media industry.

Key responsibilities:

A. Lead generation & prospecting:

1. Identify new prospects using LinkedIn, Apollo software, and other platforms based on target audience profiles.
2. Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn and email.
3. Conduct cold calling to schedule meetings with prospective clients.
4. Filter, maintain, and update lead data in the Excel file or CRM system.

B. Client engagement & meetings:

1. Meet with inbound leads and effectively present Dreamfoot's services.
2. Research clients and prepare thoroughly before meetings.
3. Ensure smooth and professional communication via email and calls.
4. Conduct in-person client meetings after new project onboarding, whenever required.

C. Sales reporting & coordination:

1. Prepare and submit monthly sales reports as per company formats.
2. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth project handovers.
3. Maintain long-term client relationships.
4. Attend expos, industry events, and business development activities along with the company owner.

Compensation & benefits:

1. Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 in-hand per month.
