Job Description
- Perform overall Laboratory coding. Creating Coding Panels in coding Software, Identifies & resolves the more complex issues around pending transactions
- Directs the accurate & timely processing of claims to meet or exceed client service level agreements
- Review quality of claims before final submit to the client.
- Works with the team to complete assignments using established guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Daily Denials should be worked & a timeline to achieve targets.
- Able to review NCD/LCD policies per county, sequencing for Medical Necessity to get higher reimbursement.
- Delegating tasks per Client.
- Coordinate with LAB Team Leaders regarding the billing clarifications.
