We are hiring a Junior Office Administrator to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including assisting in guest house searches, basic office setup, courier handling, and local coordination work. This is an on-ground, field-based support role suited for someone reliable, quick on their feet, and comfortable with physical errands and running around for various office needs.
The role is immediate start and will be offered on a trial/contract basis, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance and reliability.
Assist in finding and coordinating setup of guest houses or rental accommodations as per company requirements.
Visit properties, take photos/videos, negotiate rents, and share reports with management.
Handle pickup and delivery tasks such as collecting office supplies, delivering documents, or assisting team members with field coordination.
Support in minor office setup tasks, such as organizing furniture, coordinating with vendors, or managing local purchases.
Coordinate with service providers like internet, electricity, movers, etc., during office or guest house setup.
Run day-to-day errands required by various departments in the office.
Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned.
