Key Responsibilities:-
• Application Development:
• Design and develop high-concurrency, high-performance applications using Java, JSP, Servlets, and related technologies.
• Implement robust application architectures leveraging Spring (IOC) and Hibernate frameworks.
• Database Management:
• Work with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support application functionality.
• Retail Domain Expertise:
• Apply deep knowledge of the retail domain to develop solutions tailored to business needs.
• Ensure alignment with retail-specific workflows and requirements.
• Collaboration and Best Practices:
• Work within Agile frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams for efficient project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, including unit testing (JUnit) and design patterns.
• Continuous Improvement and Support:
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment.
• Debug and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Expertise:-
• Core Java: Strong foundational knowledge with practical experience.
• Spring (IOC) and Hibernate: Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable applications.
• JSP/Servlets: Expertise in building interactive, browser-based applications.
• SQL: Strong skills in writing and optimizing complex queries.
• JUnit: Experience in writing and executing unit tests.
• Retail Domain Experience: Understanding retail workflows, challenges, and business requirements (MANDATORY).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Aristocrat Technologies is seeking a Associate Program Manager to execute activities vendor contract execution, data analysis and executive reporting in Global Quality team. This is an individual contributor role with touch points with internal stakeholders globally and with vendors. This role will report into Director – Quality Operations, India

• Understanding of vendor contract and its commercial & Quality related clauses

• Verification of invoices from vendors as per contract, highlighting exceptions and getting closure with vendors

• Analysis of data generated from contract execution to provide insights into trends, opportunities

• Create and deliver executive reports and dashboards at given frequency

• Cater to ad hoc data requests and conduct analysis to provide valuable insights to stakeholders

• Interact with stakeholders across organization and with vendors for getting work done. Sometimes, need to attend meetings in USA or Australia time zone

• Create project/delivery documents using MS Office suite

• Conduct calibration sessions to ensure that all key stakeholders are calibrated on what constitutes a quality call.
• Identify the root- cause of problems, and possible solutions and provide actionable insight for performance improvements.
• Establish a process involving Counseling TL to disseminate the information to ensure improvements
• Quality Management Framework for Counseling Team
• Articulate operational issues and trends to management

The duties of an account analyst revolve around a company's internal and external accounts. They check accounts for accuracy, provide reviews of customer records, ensure credits are in order, and monitor balance sheets.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure customer billings and associated revenue recognition occur correctly.
• Works closely with various functional groups and levels of management to determine final billing terms.
• Ensure accuracy of a high volume of customer data including contact details
• Track status of renewal commitments and proactively follow up with customers as required
• Deal with Customer queries via email.
• Assist with invoicing and miscellaneous duties as required
• Assist with weekly cashflow updates
• Regularly check the contract database to reflect updated terms as needed for billing requirements
• Invoice customers on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
