    Key Responsibilities:

      Material Issuance & Receipt:

      Maintain accurate records of materials issued and received.

      Ensure all materials are issued and received in compliance with the company’s policies.

      Cross-check issued materials with packing lists and ensure proper documentation of Shipping Release Numbers (SRN).


      Inventory Management:

      Track and update daily material inventory, ensuring real-time visibility of stock levels.

      Manage stock balances in various locations across the site, ensuring materials are available when needed.

      Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) system is adhered to for efficient material flow.

      Conduct periodic material stock reviews and report discrepancies.

        Documentation & Reporting:

        Maintain proper records of issuing, receiving, and inventory documentation.

        Submit documents to the appropriate authorities for approvals and audits.

        Create dummy packing lists for missing materials and ensure resolution with vendors.

          Coordination & Communication:

          Coordinate with office staff regarding incoming materials and delivery schedules.

          Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to facilitate the timely issuance and receipt of materials.

          Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers for material requests, inquiries, and any issues that arise.

          Handle email communication related to material management, inventory updates, and issue resolution.

            Vendor & Scrap Management:

            Oversee vendor coordination for material procurement, including follow-ups and deliveries.

            Handle scrap material bookings and ensure proper documentation.

              SAP Management:

              Manage SAP processes including Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and Post-Delivery Inspection (PDI).

                Team Management & Training:

                Oversee and manage inventory team members, ensuring productivity and adherence to standards.

                Provide training and development opportunities for employees within the department.
