Roles & Responsibilities :

• Identify non-quality factors continuously, conduct or have other departments conduct in-depth analyses and
  monitor quality improvement plans.

• Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive solutions.

•  Solve quality manufacturing issues affecting customers quickly and effectively through containment,
  correction and prevention steps.

• Plan and take any necessary actions to provide adequate confidence/evidence that a product or service will
  satisfy given contractual/explicit customer requirements.

• Make audits and analyze results as specified by quality systems and methods.

• Takes any necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is
  the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement.

• Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (Challenge
  supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode)

• Lead Process Audits and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis

•  Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector

• Manage derogations

• Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter

•  Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector

• Be a member of the Short Interval Management of the production lines

• Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution (PMP and Optimize Process (ex PEP) contribute to process/control capability implementation

• Be the local expert of the assembled products in his sector

• Can also be Key-User of the Quality Domain (QCO) with, in particular, a good knowledge on dynamization rules for inspection process

Job Description:-

The Role: Sr. Manager Facilities, Security & Vigilance will ensure smooth operations, security compliance, cost efficiency, and a safe workplace.

1.    Facilities & Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee daily operations of office spaces, training centers, and residential facilities.
• Ensure infrastructure maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management.
• Plan and execute facility upgrades and expansions within budget and timeline.

2.    Security & Vigilance:

• Develop and implement security policies for personnel, assets, and infrastructure.
• Manage surveillance, access control, and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Ensure vigilance mechanisms to prevent fraud and misconduct.

3.    Operational Efficiency & Compliance:

• Optimize facility costs, implement sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety and legal regulations.
• Develop emergency preparedness plans, fire safety, and evacuation drills.

4.    Team & Vendor Management:

• Lead and motivate teams across facilities and security functions.
• Manage vendor contracts and ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with government authorities for approvals and compliance.

5.    Employee Engagement:

• Maintain a secure and engaging workplace.
• Address employee concerns on facilities and security.
• Conduct security awareness and emergency training programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ü Safely transporting passengers onto vehicle

ü Ensuring to reach the destination on time by following the approved route.

ü Obeying and complying with all Traffic Rules as well as rules & regulation of Client.

ü Conducting regular maintenance checks of vehicle assigned and reporting any defect/default to the reporting officer

ü Keeping the vehicle in optimum condition

ü Keeping the vehicle hygenic and presentable

ü Keeping track of trip details, expenses and fuel usage

   ü Politely interacting with passengers and clients, if needed.

SKILLS:

ü A valid HMV driving licence

ü Knowledge of traffic rules and regulations

ü Sound judgment and decision-making while driving

ü Excellent driving skills

ü Proficiency in using navigational software to map routes, if needed

ü Time management and organizational skills

ü Ability to politely communicate with passengers and clients

   ü  Knowledge of Vehicle maintenance / repairs, if needed
