 Tracking, Follow Ups through telephonic calls & Direct Visits for the collection of Renewal premiums from Customer. 
 Verification of New Business Insurance Proposals  
 Handing queries from Customers, Salesperson and Agents. 
 Retention of Customers from Surrendering / Cancelling the Policies  
 Verification and Processing Customer / Agent Servicing Requests & Claims 
 Creation of reference leads from Walk In Customers 
 Receipting, Reconciliation of premiums through cheque / Cash /Card payments 
 Coordination with collection agent / bank to deposit of Cash / Cheque premiums at Bank.
