SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER – Release Train Engineer (RTE)
As a Senior Program Manager at NielsenIQ, you will be part of this organizational transformation as you drive and directly oversee the largest, most complex programs in buy technology. You will not only lead complex, high-visibility initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, but will also lead a team of scrum masters responsible for program execution.
Responsibilities:-
- Drive the end-to-end execution of initiatives/features across programs and tracking of health at an Agile Release Train (ART) level
- Drive ART PI planning ceremonies (including pre-planning activities, PI planning agenda, cross-team grooming sessions, Innovation Planning sprints, ART level demos, Product Manager Sync/ART level troika meetings etc.)
- Define and track ART milestones, timelines, and deployment plans
- Provide coaching to a team of atleast 5-6 SAFe Scrum Masters
- Manage program scope (demand intake, documentation, change control, communication)
- Act as the face of the ART and communicate progress to upper management and stakeholders
- Act as liaison for all facets of the ART and pull people together to make decisions (Product, Operations, Technology, Commercial, Data Science, Client Deployment, Marketing, Sales etc.) throughout the program lifecyle (Pre-PI Planning, PI Planning and PI closure)
- Facilitate cross-team prioritization between Stakeholders and Technology teams in order to create program execution plan/planning board and continue to manage throughout the program lifecycle

EDUCATION:
