HR Operations Specialist : To manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, billing, and compliance across Eastern UP and Bihar. This role focuses on talent sourcing
through job fairs, seamless employee lifecycle management, client relationship building, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ​​Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Source candidates for various job roles across Eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar by leveraging job fairs, campus drives, and other available resources to identify and attract potential talent.
• On-boarding and Induction: Manage end-to-end joining formalities and conduct induction sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and processes.
